About The Position
Goodman Dermatology, an AQUA Dermatology portfolio practice, is the largest and most comprehensive full-service skin care provider in the Southeast. It offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, vein care, and radiation oncology. We are growing our Leadership team and seeking a Passionate and dedicated Regional Manager to provide oversight, support, and mentoring for several offices in the Atlanta area. The Regional Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the strategic direction of the practices assigned. Additionally, the position supports efforts required to drive clinical quality care to our patients and exceptional service for our patients, providers, and team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five years of management or supervisory experience in a medical office is preferred.
- Has an understanding of dermatology office protocol and procedures, and can effectively lead a team in a dermatology office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work well independently, but ask for help when needed.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information and interact and decipher information telephonically and electronically.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Oversees practice operations of offices assigned to include operational, team, and financial goals.
- Leads strategy and implementation for performance practice standards; ensures defined target standards for the number of patient appointments, staffing productivity, patient experience, and other business performance standards are met.
- Makes regular on-site visits to assigned offices to evaluate and support operational performance, team development, and facilities management.
- Reviews and develops action plans for practice-level variances.
- Works well in a team environment building and inspiring good working relationships to accomplish common tasks in a collegial manner.
- Adheres to the AQUA Dermatology Mission Statement, Credo, and Service Goals and Values, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Cultivates a culture of compliance that adheres to local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
