About The Position

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking driven, ambitious, and highly mobile leaders for its Regional Manager in Training (MIT) program. This full-time position is designed to develop future leadership through a comprehensive, hands-on training path, preparing candidates for a Regional Manager role. The program immerses trainees in all aspects of the business, focusing on sales leadership, store operations, department management, and overall store leadership, with the ultimate goal of preparing them for regional leadership by shadowing Regional Managers and analyzing business performance across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Highly adaptable and eager to learn
• 100% willing and able to relocate within our Midwest footprint
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Sell on the sales floor alongside top performers
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Learn the customer journey, from greeting to closing
• Learn back-office operations, scheduling, and inventory flow

• Work across furniture, bedding, appliances, and customer service
