About The Position

Envision Cold is seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance and refrigeration operations across multiple sites in the Texas region, spanning from Pharr to El Paso. The position is anchored at a home facility, where the manager leads day-to-day maintenance activities, and serves as the regional first responder for refrigeration and equipment issues, traveling as needed to stabilize operations and support site teams. The role also leads and coaches site maintenance personnel, oversees refrigeration PSM/RMP compliance, manages regional maintenance budgets and capital projects, and provides direct hands-on support when needed. The manager is responsible for safe, compliant, reliable facility operations across the region, including preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS records and rollout support, safety and regulatory compliance, emergency response readiness, continuous improvement, and development of regional maintenance talent. The role requires approximately 50% travel, including planned site visits and short-notice travel; travel may include nights and weekends. Schedule flexibility is required for business needs, on-call duties, and emergency response.
