Regional Maintenance Manager (Texas Region)

Envision Cold (Pharr, TX)•Pharr, TX
•$110,000 - $130,000•Onsite

About The Position

Envision Cold is seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance and refrigeration operations across a portfolio of sites in the Texas region, spanning from Pharr to El Paso. The position is anchored at a home facility, where the manager leads day-to-day maintenance, and also serves as the regional first responder for refrigeration and equipment issues, traveling as needed to stabilize operations and support site teams. The role directly leads refrigeration maintenance and owns regional OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance. A single-source facilities vendor handles other trades, including HVAC, electrical, dock and door, racking, and material handling equipment; the manager oversees that vendor relationship, including service-level compliance, scorecards, work quality, and escalations. The role combines technical leadership and regional oversight, including coaching site-level maintenance teams, managing budgets and capital projects, improving preventive maintenance, and responding hands-on when needed. The manager will also support the regional rollout of a new enterprise CMMS, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate audits and incident response, and develop maintenance talent across sites. The position requires approximately 50% travel across the assigned region, including nights and weekends as needed, as well as flexibility for on-call and emergency response.
