About The Position

JMC is hiring a Regional Leasing Floater to learn the property management business while supporting sales, marketing, customer service, lease administration, and resident move-ins. For approximately the first eight months, the position will provide 20 hours per week of support at Dexter Street Commons in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and 20 hours per week of coverage and operational support at properties south of Boston, based on business needs. After the Dexter Street Commons assignment, the role will transition to a full-time Regional Floater position supporting properties throughout the south of Boston portfolio as needed. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position pays $23 to $27.50 USD per hour, depending on experience, and includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
• Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• Positive energy or a “can do” attitude.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospective renters, explain pricing and lease terms, and process rental applications.
• Develop lease packages and provide excellent customer service to facilitate smooth move-ins.
• Set sales goals and achieve them through advertising, website marketing, social media engagement, and networking.
• Communicate with residents throughout the length of their stay.
• Complete property inspections to ensure peak curb appeal.
• Provide coverage and operational support to assigned properties based on business needs.
