About The Position

JMC is seeking a Regional Leasing Floater to support leasing, sales, marketing, customer service, lease administration, and move-ins. For approximately the first eight months, the employee will provide 20 hours per week of support at Dexter Street Commons in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and spend the remaining 20 hours providing coverage and operational support to properties south of Boston according to business needs. After the Dexter Street Commons assignment is completed, the role will transition to a full-time Regional Floater position supporting properties throughout the south of Boston portfolio as needed. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The posted pay range is $23–$27.50 per hour, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The salary range covers candidates with varying levels of experience; compensation may depend on relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Show apartments to prospective renters, explain pricing and lease terms, and process rental applications.
Prepare lease packages and provide customer service to facilitate smooth move-ins.
Set sales goals and pursue them through advertising, website marketing, social media engagement, and networking.
Communicate with residents throughout the length of their stay.
Complete property inspections to maintain curb appeal.
Provide coverage and operational support to properties south of Boston based on business needs.
