About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-starting Project Manager to join its Facilities Team at Cartier North America. This role will be responsible for overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance services across a designated region, based out of Coral Gables, FL. Requirements

3-5 years of relevant facility maintenance experience.
Ability to read Architectural and Mechanical drawings.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
Experience leading or managing in a multi-unit or multi-team environment.
Ability to deliver high-quality support.
Proven experience in being able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work evening hours and weekends as needed.
Ability to travel.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.

Nice To Haves

Facility Management and/or Construction Experience in high-end retail preferred.
Proficiency with maintenance management platforms, such as Fexa.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide repair and preventative maintenance services.
Communicate and liaise with store management and security to coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance work.
Provide support to visual merchandising, events, network development, and other key internal departments for boutique activations.
Perform regular visits to ensure boutiques are properly maintained to company standards.
Supervise and oversee the quality of work performed by external vendors.
Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to external vendors to ensure the highest quality of standards are delivered.
Establish new relationships with local vendors to provide high-quality and reliable services.
Provide maintenance recommendations and guidance to the Store Development & Planning team.
Collaborate with internal and external partners during new boutique construction and/or renovations.
Provide administrative support for invoicing, vendor onboarding, and ad hoc requests.
