About The Position

The Regional Event Marketing Manager (REMM) manages and executes regional event marketing initiatives and best practices to generate leads and help the region meet or exceed sales targets. The role supports event staffing, booking, exhibit display placement, and event operations. It is a hybrid position involving travel; while traveling, the REMM works in offices and/or at events alongside Event Marketing Managers (EMMs) or promoters. The REMM recruits, develops, trains, schedules, and manages event teams, including EMMs and promoters, and may manage separation of employment in accordance with department and HR requirements. The manager conducts regular meetings, office visits, training, and operational reviews; supports event execution; and may cover EMM responsibilities or work scheduled events when staffing is absent or a position is vacant. The role develops the assigned territory by identifying and scheduling events, managing the booking process and related documentation, coordinating exhibit displays, and building local retail and community partnerships for lead-generation and sponsorship programs. The REMM manages event resources, reporting, and materials; ensures adherence to department and HR procedures; and maintains regional performance standards for productivity, lead quality, and marketing costs. Additional business needs may be assigned by the RD, Director, or VP.
