About The Position

The Regional Event Marketing Manager (REMM) manages and executes regional event marketing initiatives and best practices to generate leads and help the region meet or exceed sales targets. The role oversees event staffing, booking, exhibit display placement, event participation, and operations. It is a hybrid position involving travel; while traveling, the REMM works at offices and/or events with Event Marketing Managers (EMMs) or promoters. The REMM recruits, develops, trains, schedules, and manages event teams, including EMMs and promoters. The role includes regular meetings, office visits, onboarding and training support, performance oversight, and—when an EMM is absent or a location lacks one—covering EMM responsibilities in partnership with the local office until a replacement is identified. This may include recruiting, running and working events, training, and event setup and teardown, onsite or remotely. The REMM develops the assigned territory, identifies and schedules events, approves event plans from EMMs, and manages event-booking documentation and processes. The role also coordinates exhibit setup and removal as needed, manages event resources and reporting, develops retail partnerships and community sponsorship opportunities, and ensures adherence to departmental procedures and company standards. The REMM supports additional business needs assigned by the RD, Director, or VP.
