About The Position

The Regional Event Marketing Manager (REMM) manages and executes regional event marketing initiatives and best practices to generate leads and help the region meet or exceed sales targets. This is primarily accomplished through appropriate staffing, event booking, exhibit display placement, event participation, and operations. The role is hybrid and involves travel; while traveling, the REMM works in offices and/or at events with Event Marketing Managers (EMMs) or promoters. The REMM recruits, develops, trains, schedules, and manages event staff, including EMMs and promoters, and handles separation of employment when necessary in accordance with department and HR guidance. The role includes regular meetings, office visits, training and operational audits, and stepping in to cover EMM responsibilities or scheduled events when staffing gaps arise. The REMM also develops the assigned territory, coordinates and approves event opportunities, manages event booking processes and resources, supports exhibit setup and removal, and builds local retail and community partnerships for lead generation. The REMM ensures adherence to department procedures, HR practices, reporting and paperwork timelines, and company performance standards. Stated performance measures include regional productivity of 0.30 LPH, $400 CPL, marketing costs at or below 20%, and lead conversion above 50%. The REMM works to ensure offices meet goals or take steps toward them, including timely replacement of underperforming event staff, and supports additional business needs as assigned by the RD, Director, and VP.
