About the position

Huntress is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to join their growing team in the UK. As the first leader in the region, you will play a critical role in the success and expansion of the company. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a sales strategy, building and training a high-performing sales team, providing valuable insights to senior leadership, and establishing credibility within the IT Managed Service Provider community. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of senior sales leadership experience, strong knowledge of the MSP community, and a track record of scaling sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a sales strategy including go-to-market plans, growth and expansion strategies, team building, and optimizing sales processes for maximum impact
  • Hire, train, and develop Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and other roles within your department to excel and grow within the company
  • Provide valuable insight to senior leadership about growth plans, challenges, and areas of opportunity as the first leader in the UK
  • Be a thought leader and continue to educate, build credibility, and trust with potential and current customers on the Huntress security stack within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) community
  • Assist your team with maintaining a high level of pipeline organization
  • Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time) and confidently present in front of an audience during Trade Shows & Webinars

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in a senior sales leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP community and best practices to engage and sell within
  • Experience growing and scaling high-performing sales teams through hands-on coaching and mentoring
  • Strong time management & organizational skills
  • Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time) and confidently present in front of an audience during Trade Shows & Webinars
