About The Position

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a Regional Director of Operations to lead and inspire District Managers and other leaders overseeing environmental services (EVS) accounts in Wisconsin. The home base is the Milwaukee area, with Appleton, Oshkosh, Kenosha, and Racine also applicable. The role manages 16 EVS accounts and provides planning, direction, and guidance to accounts across the territory while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Regional Director is part of the regional leadership team and is accountable for operational and financial goals, including territory P&L, compliance, client service, staff development, and reporting. Extensive travel is required. The pay range is $145,000–$165,000, and the position is bonus-eligible with a vehicle or vehicle allowance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or eight years of progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution, or another support services area in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to manage 16 different EVS accounts.
• Extensive travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire District Managers, Resident District Managers, Director of Dining Services, and their teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Build strong client relationships and drive achievement of KPIs, including profitability, safety, and engagement.
• Participate on the regional leadership team, communicating with peers to share best practices, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community.
• Oversee accounts within the assigned territory, incorporating input from key partners and making decisions that balance risk and reward and short- and long-term implications.
• Support the RVP in establishing the region’s cultural tone and meet regularly with the extended team to promote transparency, understanding, safety, accountability, and alignment.
• Represent the team to senior clients in the territory and serve as an escalation point.
• Work with regional team members to support sales and retention processes, including presentations and negotiations.
• Collaborate with key partners on regional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance, policy, and USDA program requirements, and complete reporting on time.
• Partner with the RVP on regional employee development, conduct performance evaluations, plan succession, and build multi-unit management skills.
• Own financial results and P&L for the assigned territory and help ensure accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ensure consistent and fair administration of policies and procedures.
• Recognize and anticipate marketplace trends and participate in regional strategic planning meetings.
