About The Position

Champion Windows is hiring a Regional Director of Marketing – West to lead marketing strategy, lead generation, and performance across its Western region. The role translates company growth objectives into market-level plans that deliver appropriate lead volume and quality, align marketing investment with local sales capacity, and drive measurable growth across markets and channels. It combines regional strategic leadership with close attention to branch-level performance and requires coordination with the VP of Marketing, regional and local Sales leaders, Inside Sales/Call Center teams, Field Marketing teams, Enterprise Marketing partners, and external agencies and vendors. The position is hybrid and field-based, with regular market travel and onsite presence at Champion locations as needed. Denver, Colorado, or Kansas City, Missouri/Kansas, is strongly preferred; highly qualified candidates elsewhere in the Western region may also be considered. Travel averages approximately 25%, typically about one week per month, with seasonal variation and occasional months requiring up to 2–3 weeks. The role manages significant investment across offline, digital, and field/local marketing channels and uses performance data to optimize activity across the lead-to-sale funnel. The stated base compensation range is $125,000–$145,000. Final salary depends on factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and market data.
