About The Position

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is seeking a Regional Director of Healthcare Center Operations to advance the organization's mission of census growth through retention, outreach, and a seamless client experience. This role involves direct management and leadership of site-level Practice Managers, accountability for non-clinical operational performance, and a strong emphasis on patient retention, growth, and client experience. The Regional Director will provide leadership, support, and development to regional staff to enhance employee engagement, patient retention, and overall performance outcomes. This position requires close collaboration with key partner leaders, including other Regional Directors, Regional Nursing Directors, and Regional Medical Directors, to ensure alignment, consistency, and sustained operational excellence across the region. The Regional Director will also serve as a visible role model for patient-centered leadership, aligning actions with AHF's mission and values, and actively representing AHF in the community to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and advocate for the populations served. AHF operates with a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders, and this role will model collaboration, shared accountability, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

  • Advance the organization’s North Star of census growth through retention, outreach, and a seamless client experience.
  • Provide effective regional leadership of all non-clinical operations within the assigned region.
  • Directly manage and lead site-level Practice Managers.
  • Be accountable for non-clinical operational performance, with a strong emphasis on patient retention, growth, and client experience.
  • Provide leadership, support, and development to regional staff to strengthen employee engagement, patient retention, and overall performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with key partner leaders, including other Regional Directors, Regional Nursing Directors, and Regional Medical Directors, to ensure alignment, consistency, and sustained operational excellence across the region.
  • Enhance the reputation of AHF by serving as a visible role model for patient-centered leadership.
  • Consistently align actions, decisions, and priorities with AHF’s mission.
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to placing patients at the center of the work, reinforcing how organizational priorities translate into meaningful care and service delivery.
  • Actively represent AHF in the community to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and advocate for the populations served.
