This role involves direct management and leadership of site-level Practice Managers, accountability for non-clinical operational performance with a focus on patient retention, growth, and client experience. The Regional Director provides leadership, support, and development to regional staff to strengthen employee engagement, patient retention, and overall performance outcomes. This position requires close collaboration with key partner leaders, including other Regional Directors, Regional Nursing Directors, and Regional Medical Directors, to ensure alignment, consistency, and sustained operational excellence. The Regional Director enhances AHF's reputation by serving as a visible role model for patient-centered leadership, aligning actions with AHF's mission, and demonstrating a commitment to placing patients at the center of work. Through community representation, the Regional Director builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and advocates for the populations served.
