Regional Business Development Manager

Bose Corporation, U.S.A•Sacramento, CA
•$103,900 - $142,900

About The Position

Bose Corporation is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Business Development Manager to accelerate profitable growth for McIntosh and Sonus faber, two luxury audio brands. The role develops and executes regional business strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share across luxury retail and residential technology markets. It combines executive account management, dealer acquisition, technical consultation, specification influence, and data-driven planning rather than focusing solely on traditional territory sales. The manager acts as a trusted business and technical advisor to dealers and project influencers, helping expand the brands’ presence and support sustainable growth. Reporting to the Western Zone Sales Leader, the position involves building strategic retail and custom-integration relationships, identifying and developing dealers, and influencing residential technology projects from early design through completion. The manager interprets construction and AV documentation, identifies specification opportunities, develops system recommendations, supports dealers with technical consultation and training, and coordinates with internal teams to execute regional priorities. The role requires commercial leadership, financial and analytical capability, and detailed knowledge of luxury residential technology systems and dealer economics. It also requires proficiency with business productivity and CRM tools, plus the ability to engage credibly on networking architecture, integration platforms, and complete residential technology systems. The hiring range for the primary work location, Field Sales, California, is $103,900–$142,900; ranges for other Bose work locations may vary.
