Regional Business Development Manager

The Global Talent Co.
•$40,000 - $100,000

About The Position

The Global Talent Co. is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing cost segregation firm that is expanding nationally and building its regional sales team. The firm is hiring five Regional Business Development Managers, each serving as the local representative for a major U.S. metro market. This opportunity is aimed at people early in their sales careers who want to learn how investors think and develop a career in relationship-based B2B sales. Full training on cost segregation is provided; candidates do not need to be tax experts when they start. The role focuses on building relationships with real estate investors and referral partners, educating prospects about the financial value of cost segregation, and qualifying opportunities for senior advisors. Managers own and maintain their pipelines and represent the firm as a trusted, professional resource. The company describes the work environment as flexible and performance-driven, rewarding results rather than hours logged, with a path to higher earnings and senior sales roles as the business grows. The role is US-based in major metro areas. The posting gives examples including New York, Boston, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, and the San Francisco Bay Area, and says Los Angeles and Chicago are excluded for this hiring round.
