About The Position

LinkedIn is hiring a Regional Account Manager for its Global Clients Program (GCP) to grow and maintain relationships with strategic global customers. The role manages a portfolio of current customers, participates in large centralized global contracts, and conducts outbound activity across the long tail of the portfolio. The manager learns LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Learning, and Glint offerings and recommends additional investments and renewals that support customer business and talent objectives. While accountable for quota, the manager is expected to act in the customer’s best interest. The position is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days according to team business needs. The manager partners with a Global Client Director and a select group of global clients, develops account plans, identifies opportunities, and supports customer success before and after contracts. Within the first 12 months, success includes exceeding individual quota while contributing to the account team, developing deep knowledge of complex global accounts and how to prioritize them, and learning to deliver long-term partnership value while supporting broader account-based objectives.

  • Experience in solution selling to global or multinational customers with complex organizational structures.
  • Experience closing new business and managing existing accounts.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear, relevant customer narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and execute a plan and lead with solutions to problems rather than products.
  • Skills in solution selling, closing and managing accounts, storytelling with data, and executive presence.

  • Develop territory and strategic account plans with the Global Client Director to deliver growth.
  • Apply expertise across LinkedIn Talent, Learning, and Glint product solutions.

  • Communicate and transact openly, collaboratively, and with a customer-focused approach with global account teams and clients.
