LinkedIn•New York, NY
•$177,000 - $270,000•Hybrid

About The Position

LinkedIn is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join its Global Clients Program (GCP), building and maintaining relationships with strategic global customers. The role manages a book of current customers, contributes to large centralized global contracts, and conducts outbound activity across the long tail of the portfolio. The manager partners with selected global clients to identify LinkedIn Talent Solutions that support their business and talent objectives, while working to meet or exceed quota and acting in the customer’s best interest. The role requires learning LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions suite and explaining how customers use and value its offerings. The manager develops territory and strategic account plans with a Global Client Director, applies expertise across Talent, Learning, and Glint products, prioritizes opportunities and customer meetings, and uses discovery to understand customer goals. The position also involves growing accounts through new solutions, add-ons, and renewals; building relationships with economic buyers and advisors; preparing tailored presentations and demonstrations; closing orders; and providing post-contract support. Sales operational excellence, including CRM activity tracking and forecasting, is expected. During the first 12 months, the manager is expected to over-attain individual quota while contributing to wider account-team success, develop deep understanding of complex global accounts and how to prioritize across them, and learn to deliver value in long-term partnerships as well as across the long tail of accounts. The role is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by team business needs.
