About The Position

Castor Home Health Solutions is seeking an energetic and motivated Recruitment & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growth by attracting quality employees and increasing awareness of our services throughout the communities we serve. This position combines recruitment, digital marketing, community outreach, and brand development. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, creating content, building relationships, and helping a growing healthcare organization achieve its goals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable networking and representing the organization in the community.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruitment, marketing, sales, customer service, or healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with social media platforms, Canva, and basic digital marketing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen caregivers, CNAs, nurses, therapists and office staff.
  • Manage job postings and candidate outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring events.
  • Build relationships with schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage Castor's social media platforms and online presence.
  • Create engaging content, including employee spotlights, photos, videos, and educational posts.
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns to support recruitment and business growth.
  • Monitor online reviews and community engagement.
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community activities.
  • Help promote Castor's services, culture, and employment opportunities.
