About The Position
Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Recruiting Specialist to join its Houston team. This in-office role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration, with training provided for candidates who have not previously worked in recruiting or HR. The position involves communicating with candidates, supporting the hiring process, and working with recruiting software and online platforms.

- Comfortable using computers and online platforms, and able to learn new software.

- High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential candidates through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Help find and identify candidates for the healthcare team.
- Review applications and coordinate interviews.
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Work with recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date.
- Work closely with the HR team to help meet hiring goals.
