Responsibilities
- Source and screen applicants for various roles.
- Explain benefits, company policies, and job parameters to applicants.
- Participate in hiring events.
- Conduct background checks.
- Answer staffing-related questions for all levels within the company.
- Perform administrative duties, including answering a high volume of phone calls and managing email, data tracking, and paperwork.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and ongoing projects.
