About the position
As an early member of the Technical Recruiting team at Superblocks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a world-class engineering organization. This role requires thinking like a business owner rather than just a recruiter or sourcer, as the focus is on building highly performant teams rather than simply filling seats. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with highly technical individuals, ensuring a noteworthy candidate experience, and collaborating with the CEO/CTO on candidate closures. Additionally, you will have the chance to learn about the company's business, systems, and product in order to effectively demonstrate it to both customers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Learn about the company's business, systems, and product to be able to demo the product to customers and candidates
- Provide candidates with knowledge and preparation for interviews
- Use innovative approaches and software for sourcing, tracking, selling, and closing candidates
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
- Source and build relationships with technical candidates
- Ensure candidates have a noteworthy experience throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with the CEO/CTO on closing candidates
