About the position
Superblocks is an all-in-one programmable platform that enables developers to quickly build secure and enterprise-grade internal tools. With Superblocks, developers can create internal apps, automate workflows, and schedule jobs using a drag-and-drop interface or code. The platform supports multiple programming languages and offers features such as permissions, single sign-on, and audit logging. As a Business Development Representative at Superblocks, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's outbound business development strategy, working closely with the CEO, Founding AEs, and prominent venture capital firms. Your responsibilities will include creating the outbound playbook, researching and mapping prospective accounts, and developing customized outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
- Play an integral role in shaping the outbound business development fabric of the company in direct partnership with the CEO, Founding AEs and world-class VCs (Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, Spark Capital, Greenoaks Capital)
- Create the outbound playbook as our founding BDR: designing the templates, scripts, and processes which will be used to onboard all future Sales hires
- Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach using a modern stack with autonomy to evaluate and onboard or build new tools of choice
- Attend daily Engineering standups to rapidly develop your Superblocks' acumen, turning that into highly customized outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calls, etc…)
- Set, achieve, and measure specific daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly metrics to help the business achieve top-o
