About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment team at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, TX, by managing administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel to local recruitment events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses, inputting data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates.
  • Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and career sites.
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide data as requested by the HR team.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
