About The Position

The Recruiter is a key partner to hiring leaders and HR, responsible for identifying and assessing talent and helping the business make well-informed hiring decisions. The role manages recruiting activity from development of the search strategy through candidate identification, assessment and selection, working closely with HR and hiring leaders throughout the process. The Recruiter develops and executes recruiting strategies based on role requirements, business needs and talent-market conditions; proactively identifies and engages talent through sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels; assesses candidates against defined requirements and provides evidence-based recommendations; and advises hiring leaders and HR on market conditions and candidate-pool tradeoffs. The role manages multiple searches and candidate relationships simultaneously, contributes market intelligence, improves recruiting practices and maintains accurate recruiting data.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience, with experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functions or talent segments, with the ability to shift between different types of roles as business needs change.
Experience proactively identifying and engaging talent through sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels, rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants.
Demonstrated ability to assess candidates against defined role requirements, distinguish evidence from assumptions and provide clear recommendations to hiring teams.
Experience developing and adjusting recruiting strategies based on role requirements, market conditions and available talent.
Ability to use talent-market information to advise hiring leaders and HR, including candidate availability, competitive landscape and relevant tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring or anticipated talent needs.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
