About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This is an onsite, full-time, contract-to-hire position. Applicants must currently live within daily commuting distance; relocation is not available. Candidates must have at least two years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The position does not support C2C work authorization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience recruiting hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must currently live within daily commuting distance of Rancho Cucamonga, California; relocation is not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization.
• Partner with management to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities, and coordinate recruiting activities.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and conduct new-hire orientation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding staffing opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
