About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This is an onsite, full-time position with a contract-to-hire arrangement. Applicants must currently live within daily commuting distance; relocation is not offered. C2C work authorization is not accepted.

The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization, partners with management to identify staffing needs and priorities, and coordinates recruiting activities. The position also involves sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating new-hire orientation, responding to staffing inquiries, maintaining recruitment reports, and providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must currently live within daily commuting distance of Rancho Cucamonga, California; no relocation.

• Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
