About The Position

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is hiring a Recruiter for a six-month temporary contract based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The position must be performed onsite five days per week. The Recruiter will support hiring across manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and operations, while providing talent-market expertise and supporting the Talent Acquisition team’s initiatives and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing operations recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience tracking metrics and using data to inform decisions, including hiring timelines, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rates.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities.
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for working with people at all organizational levels.
• Track record of providing a high-touch experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to identify untapped talent outside traditional channels and engage top talent with a personalized approach.
• Experience in networking, sourcing, and talent mapping.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, network with, and hire talent in manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and operations.
• Protect and improve the candidate experience.
• Use hiring metrics to develop more efficient hiring solutions.
• Help fill the company’s highest-priority hiring needs.
• Provide external talent-market expertise to business leaders and HR colleagues.
• Use Talent Acquisition tools and technologies to maximize performance and ensure a consistent hiring process.
• Provide daily support to the Head of Talent Acquisition on business initiatives, Talent Acquisition and HR projects, reporting, and leadership across the Talent Acquisition team.
