Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing

Castelion Corporation•Torrance, CA

About The Position

As a Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing at Castelion, you will build the manufacturing workforce responsible for bringing next-generation defense systems from development into production at scale. You will own full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, production, skilled trades, and industrial operations, helping establish the teams and capabilities needed to execute ambitious manufacturing programs. The role calls for a hands-on recruiter who finds manufacturing talent through proactive engagement, local market knowledge, and strong relationships in skilled trades and industrial communities. The position requires managing hiring at high volume without sacrificing quality, taking ownership, and building a workforce rather than simply filling openings. The role may require access to classified information or restricted U.S. Government sites, systems, or information. If designated, employment may depend on obtaining and maintaining the required security clearance or other government authorization and meeting applicable citizenship or eligibility requirements. The position also requires access to export-controlled information without additional export licensing being required.
