About The Position

Due to our growth resulting from customer demand Westaff is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with our customers and associates in Plattsburgh, New York.

Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while producing quality results
Proficiency with Microsoft products to include Outlook, Word, and TEAMS
The ability to travel to local customers and recruit event locally is required
Although we work a typical day you must be flexible to work later if needed
Ability to pass a drug test and background check and credit history reviewed

Nice To Haves

Recruiting, hiring, and coordinating experience are a plus however we will train
Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Using your knowledge of recruiting techniques you will source, screen, and evaluate candidates so you can make excellent hiring decisions
Collaborate with the team to create a high energy results-oriented culture
Manage job posting through social media and job boards
Develop and grow relationships with community organizations to attract new candidates
Visit with and tour client work locations to gain an understanding of the work requirements
Manage and retain exciting associates by providing opportunities for work and skill-building as well as responding to their questions and concerns
Gain and use your full understanding of our client's staffing needs, you will select and assign associates to positions that meet and exceed the associate's and clients needs and expectations
Ensuring that both the associate and the client are highly satisfied during the assignment and provide coaching for the associate when needed
