The role involves mapping and reaching out to relevant machine learning scientists globally, acting as an evangelist for XTX in machine learning communities, and guiding candidates through the interview process. Mapping, identifying, and outreaching to the most relevant Machine Learning Scientists globally.

Acting as an evangelist for XTX in Machine Learning communities, such as academia, conferences, meetups, and online communities.

Guiding candidates through the interview process, ensuring they have ample time, preparation, and desire to complete one of the more challenging processes in finance.

Evolving and growing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of XTX for our target audiences, constantly.
