XTX Markets is seeking a specialist recruiter to join their delivery-focused recruitment team. The primary focus of this role will be on delivering against the company's Quantitative Researcher hiring requirements. The Internal Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for mapping, identifying, and outreaching to relevant Machine Learning Scientists globally, as well as acting as an evangelist for XTX in Machine Learning communities. Additionally, they will guide candidates through the interview process and evolve the Employee Value Proposition of XTX. This role requires experience in hiring quantitative researchers or machine learning scientists for demanding companies globally.

• Mapping, identifying, and outreaching to the most relevant Machine Learning Scientists globally
• Acting as an evangelist for XTX in Machine Learning communities
• Guiding candidates through the interview process
• Evolving and growing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of XTX
• Becoming a subject matter expert in all areas of operation
• Owning multiple hiring searches and serving as the point of contact in the absence of the Head of Talent

• Experience in hiring quantitative researchers or machine learning scientists for demanding companies globally
