About The Position

The Recovery role is responsible for providing members with prompt, courteous service and assistance; replenishing and stocking merchandise; and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. Team members carry out assigned responsibilities, support club policies and procedures, and help maintain a safe, positive, inclusive environment. They work collaboratively to meet daily club standards and provide service excellence at every point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, and ensure merchandise is properly signed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins; and use the cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and support their application and compliance.
• Work in other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Deliver service excellence, address and deescalate member concerns, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Work with the team to maintain daily GOLD club standards, including stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, and clean, organized areas.
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
