About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role includes stocking and straightening merchandise, maintaining accurate signage, handling returned merchandise, and removing cardboard from the sales floor. The clerk follows club policies and procedures and may work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, ensuring merchandise is properly signed.
Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins and use the cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
Maintain club policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Maintain regular, predictable, and full attendance.
