About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role supports club policies, procedures, and compliance; contributes to a safe and positive environment; and works with team members to meet service and club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise signage is properly displayed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases, and replenish box bins.
• Use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support a safe, positive, inclusive environment and work collaboratively to achieve club goals.
