About The Position

The Recovery Attendant provides massage and other recovery services, supports members in private and small-group training, and helps administer client fitness and recovery programs. The role includes delivering manual therapy and recovery modalities, assisting members with training and recovery options, and contributing to revenue-generating activities. The position offers compensation of $16.90–$65.00 per hour, described as a competitive base salary plus bonus, along with health benefits, fitness-related perks, flexible scheduling, and training opportunities. Requirements

Licensed massage therapist (LMT), athletic trainer, or physical therapist, or experience with recovery modalities.
In-depth knowledge of private training techniques, from assessment through program design.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
Current dotFIT certification or certification in progress.

Responsibilities

Sell and conduct private and small-group training with members.
Provide manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, or other recovery modalities to members.
Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training and recovery modalities.
Accurately administer client programs, including dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts, and recovery programs.
Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
Assist with revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, recovery booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops.
