About The Position

Augusta Country Club is a private club whose team provides service to Members and their guests. The Massage Therapist provides professional, personalized massage services while creating a relaxing and welcoming experience. The role requires professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, dependable service, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team. Scheduling may include a variety of days and hours based on Member demand and scheduling needs.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Georgia Massage Therapy License.
• Must maintain professional liability insurance.
• Experience and training in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of prior spa or massage therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized massage services based on each client’s needs and preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate genuine care for Members and guests.
• Maintain a professional manner, appearance, and demeanor.
• Respect Member privacy and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Comply with applicable local and state licensing laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Work independently while contributing positively to the ACC team.
• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Work a variety of days and hours as needed based on Member demand and scheduling needs.
