About The Position

Augusta Country Club is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to provide professional, personalized massage services and create a relaxing, welcoming experience for Members and guests. The role calls for a knowledgeable, dependable professional who delivers high-quality service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. The position is based at Augusta Country Club in Augusta, Georgia. Compensation is $12 per hour plus 70% of massage service sales. The club provides linens and massage products and offers flexible scheduling in a private club environment with a close-knit team.

Requirements

• Current Georgia Massage Therapy License.
• Maintain professional liability insurance.
• Experience and training in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of days and hours based on Member demand and scheduling needs.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of prior spa or massage therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized massage services based on each client’s needs and preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate genuine care for Members and guests.
• Maintain a professional manner, appearance, and demeanor.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Respect Member privacy and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Comply with applicable local and state licensing laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Work independently while contributing positively to the ACC team.
• Work a variety of days and hours as needed based on Member demand and scheduling needs.
