About The Position

Midtown is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide members and guests with luxurious spa experiences. As an integral member of the spa team, the Massage Therapist is a knowledgeable and caring professional focused on guests’ well-being and personal satisfaction. The role requires familiarity with current massage trends and techniques and contributes to the club’s success by demonstrating the benefits of massage. Requirements

• At least one year of experience.
• A current state license.
• Certification from a credible massage therapy school.
• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address guests’ needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Prepare the workstation and treatment room, including lighting and sound, and check on guest comfort throughout the service.
• Keep spa areas clean during the shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies at the end of the shift.
• Partner with and assist other associates to promote spa services and achieve department goals.
• Perform treatments and maintain treatment-room cleanliness and sanitation standards for guest comfort and safety.
• Promote spa and salon services and sell retail products.
