About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers with 21 locations across seven states. It offers individualized treatment in modern, comfortable settings across levels of care including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The Recovery Alumni Coordinator manages the Alumni Program and engages with alumni through personal outreach, meetings, and events. The role also includes follow-up, connecting alumni with clinical support and resources, maintaining Salesforce reporting, and overseeing alumni social media pages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Substance use or recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Warm, engaging, and dynamic personality with dignified character.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Alumni Program, including follow-up, resources, and programming.
• Engage with alumni in a personal, meaningful way through calls, meetings, and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls according to the established timeline.
• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting.
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
• Oversee alumni social media pages and maintain consistent activity and engagement.
