About The Position

A Merchandiser contributes to driving sales through merchandising, styling, and product flow support to create a compelling visual environment for the customer. The role supports customer experience, teamwork and communication, and visual and business operations at the Reclectic store in Arlington, Texas.

Requirements

Merchandising experience.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and follow through.
Comfort working on a ladder and ability to lift and push more than 50 pounds.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, personalized, and efficient customer experiences and drive sales through elevated visual presentations and product organization.
Partner with the Store Leadership team to create an engaging visual experience that appeals to the Reclectic customer.
Support Store Leaders with in-store creative marketing and signage, merchandising, and fostering a creative community to drive sales and create a compelling store environment.
Promote an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices and seeking and advocating different perspectives.
Share visual priorities and updates in daily team meetings and provide product and visual feedback to store leadership.
Communicate with Store Leadership to support teamwork and completion of store objectives, adapt to change, and execute a shared vision.
Train and develop associates to assist with daily merchant projects.
Assess store business and on-hand inventory to identify merchandising opportunities.
Support execution of merchandising direction to meet home office expectations, budgets, and timelines.
Participate in shipment processing to prioritize getting product to the sales floor and plan product placement, recovery, and reaction to sell-through.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
