About The Position

A Merchandiser contributes to driving sales through merchandising, styling, and product flow support, creating a compelling visual environment for customers. The role works with store leadership and associates to create an engaging visual experience for the Reclectic customer, support in-store creative marketing and signage, and execute merchandising priorities. The Merchandiser assesses store business and available inventory to identify opportunities, supports product placement and shipment processing, and contributes to a safe, accurate, and profitable store environment.

Requirements

• Merchandising experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to set clear objectives and follow through.
• Comfort working on a ladder.
• Ability to lift and push more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalized, and efficient customer experiences by creating elevated visual presentations and organizing product.
• Partner with the Store Leadership team to create an engaging visual experience for the Reclectic customer.
• Support store leaders with in-store creative marketing, signage, merchandising, and fostering a creative community to drive sales.
• Promote an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices and advocating for different perspectives.
• Share visual priorities and updates in daily team meetings and provide product and visual feedback to store leadership.
• Communicate with store leadership to coordinate teamwork and complete store objectives; adapt to change and execute a shared vision.
• Train and develop associates to assist with daily merchandising projects.
• Assess store business and on-hand inventory to identify merchandising opportunities.
• Support execution of merchandising direction in line with home office expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Participate in shipment processing and prioritize getting product to the sales floor.
• Plan strategically for product placement, recovery, and responses to sell-through.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.
