About The Position

Reclectic is hiring Sales Associates for its new location in Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee. A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by maintaining organized product flow, processing customer transactions as a cashier, and providing customers with a genuine experience throughout the sales floor. The role includes engaging customers and informing them about current promotions, supporting a clean and well-kept selling environment, collaborating with teammates and leadership, and helping with shipment processing and product presentation. Associates are expected to follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities

Initiate conversations with customers as they enter the store and inform them of current promotions.
Connect with multiple customers on the sales floor, share product information, and help maintain a clean, well-kept store.
Process customer sales accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
Contribute positively, respectfully, and helpfully to the team.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and support team needs.
Learn and adapt, remain flexible to change, and be open to trying new ways of doing things.
Arrive on time and be accountable for scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed environment.
Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support processing shipments, tagging, staging, and placing new products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
