About The Position

Reclectic is opening a new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, Tennessee, and is seeking Sales Associates. The Sales Associate helps drive sales by maintaining organized product flow, processing customer transactions as a cashier, and providing customers with a genuine experience throughout the sales floor. The role includes customer engagement, teamwork, visual and operational upkeep, and supporting product shipment and inventory processes.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet store needs.
Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter the store, initiate conversations, and inform them about current promotions.
Support a customer-focused selling environment by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping keep the store clean and well maintained.
Accurately and efficiently process customer sales as a cashier.
Contribute positively, respectfully, and helpfully to the store team.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and support team needs.
Remain willing to learn and adapt, including being flexible about changes and trying new approaches.
Arrive on time and remain accountable to scheduled shifts.
Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the customer a priority.
Support shipment processing, tagging, staging, and placement of new product.
Follow store safety standards and inventory-accuracy practices, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.
