About The Position

Mathis Home is hiring a full-time Receptionist in OKC. The position pays $15 and requires open availability, including weekends. The Receptionist greets visitors, handles and directs telephone calls, provides information, routes mail, arranges transportation, tracks merchandise leaving the store, and supports sales associates with shift and customer-call logs. The role also includes maintaining a positive, professional presence, monitoring customer entry counts, and performing other duties as directed by management. The work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. The position involves repetitive use of the arms, hands, and fingers and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Requirements

Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers.

Responsibilities

Operate the telephone to answer, screen, and forward calls.
Provide information and take messages.
Greet visitors and determine the nature and purpose of their visit, directing or escorting them to specific destinations.
Provide information about the establishment, including department or office locations, employees, and services.
Deliver mail to the correct departments.
Arrange transportation service.
Track merchandise leaving the store.
Log sales associates in and out for daily shifts.
Log customer calls for sales associates.
Act as a role model for the store.
Maintain a professional appearance and a constant positive attitude.
Keep a count of customers entering the store.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
