About The Position

Park Place Dealerships is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Park Place Lexus Grapevine. The role helps create an extraordinary experience for clients and employees. As a first point of contact, the receptionist greets clients, offers hospitality, determines their needs, and connects them with the appropriate team member. The position also involves administrative duties and following client-resolution and information-security policies.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company MVR policy requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
• Determine clients’ needs and locate the appropriate team member to assist them.
• Introduce clients to the appropriate team member.
• Understand and use the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve client satisfaction.
• Understand and follow Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Drive and operate a vehicle.
