About The Position

The receptionist role at Park Place Lexus Grapevine is a crucial first point of contact for dealership clients. The position welcomes clients, offers hospitality, identifies their needs, and connects them with the appropriate team member. The receptionist also supports client satisfaction by following the Client Concern Resolution process, complying with privacy and information security policies, and performing other assigned administrative duties.

Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least eighteen years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements.
Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
Determine clients’ needs and locate the appropriate team member to assist.
Introduce clients to the appropriate team member.
Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution process and use it to achieve client satisfaction.
Know and understand Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to their requirements.
Follow other administrative duties that may be assigned.
