About The Position

Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least eighteen years of age.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company MVR policy requirements.
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
Ability to drive and operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
Determine clients’ needs and locate the appropriate team member to assist them.
Introduce clients to the appropriate team member.
Understand and use the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve client satisfaction.
Understand and comply with Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Drive and operate a vehicle.
