About The Position

Park Place Dealerships seeks a part-time Receptionist for Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth. The role creates an extraordinary first impression for dealership clients by greeting them, offering hospitality, determining their needs, and introducing them to the appropriate team member. The position also involves administrative duties and adherence to client-resolution, privacy, and information-security procedures.

Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s MVR policy requirements.
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
Determine clients’ needs and locate the appropriate team member to assist them.
Introduce clients to the appropriate team member.
Understand and use the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve client satisfaction.
Understand and follow Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Drive and operate a vehicle.
